Unprecedented times in education have been brought about by the social context we are facing. Moving the education online to handle change of this nature has been challenging for teachers and students. Language teachers need to create new content for lessons or use authentic open-source e-content that will provide a solid foundation for their teaching online to develop students who are workforce ready through the acquisition of soft skills.
This course book provides a systematic and comprehensive material that supports face-to-face, blended and synchronous English teaching and learning. Systematic in the sense that each unit looks at a key segment of business communication pinpointing its latest impacts on the economic and IT&C sectors. Comprehensive because the view is a wide one, supported by authentic texts, diversified vocabulary & grammar exercises, which serve to keep the course book grounded in the realities of teaching and learning English in innovative and exciting ways.
